摘要: The world is extremely diverse and its diversity obvious in the cultural differences large number of spoken languages being used all over world. In this sense, we need to collect organize a huge amount knowledge obtained from multiple resources differing one another many aspects. A possible approach for doing that think designing effective tools construction maintenance linguistic localized domain ontologies based on well-defined representation methodologies capable dealing with continuous evolvement human knowledge. thesis, present collaborative platform which allows organization language-independent manner provides appropriate mapping language independent concept specific lexicalization per language. This ensures smooth multilingual enrichment process robust using concepts. designed following workflow-based development methodology models as set objects assigns customizable workflow build maintain each object community driven manner, extensive support modern web 2.0 social features.
