Knowledge-based trade, technical change and location environment: the case of small and medium sized enterprises engaged in advanced producer software services in the South East region

摘要: Technical change is the driving force behind modern economic competitiveness and evolution of enterprise industry. The process, however, not insular; in particular location environment regarded as a key component how technical derived, implemented diffused. This research study explores this assumption relation to knowledge-based trade via small medium sized enterprises (SMEs) engaged development advanced producer service (APS) software South East Region (SER), region that has been identified being post-industrial character knowledge-based.
