摘要: The degranulation response of purified human eosinophils to platelet-activating factor (PAF) has been studied. PAF induced release eosinophil peroxidase (EPO) and beta-glucuronidase from highly with an EC50 0.9 nM. order was comparable that by phorbol myristate acetate (PMA). new specific antagonist 3-[4-(2-chlorophenyl)-9-methyl-H-thieno[3,2-f] [1,2,4]triazolo-[4,3a][1,4]-diazepin-2-yl](4-morpholinyl)- 1-propane-one (WEB 2086) inhibited the PAF-induced enzyme in a dose-dependent manner. viability were unaffected both WEB 2086. results suggest may amplify allergic inflammatory reactions preformed proteins granules.
