摘要: Hydrostatic systems are considered as essential supporting structures in heavy machine tools. The calculations and analyses for hydrostatic bearings always laborious because of the involvement several disciplines such elastic mechanics, hydromechanics, thermodynamics, other factors design. It is well known that large data cloud technology capable processing transmission system studies. In this work, a manufacture model presented to provide big storage, transmission, platform designers, manufacturers, users bearings. All participants involved manufacturing were linked together by timely information communication order ensure customized products met with actual conditions server. Based on requirements user, carrying capacity was analyzed designer using finite difference method results sent manufacturer machining components. monitored from consumer could be fed back performance evaluation through found tasks finished more reliably efficiently if all exchanged real time.
