摘要: Studies on the influence of genotypic resistance biological activity a commercial formulation Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) and pure Bt toxin Cry1Ac were carried out to develop appropriate strategies for pod borer, Helicoverpa armigera management in chickpea, sorghum, pigeonpea cotton. The interaction effects host plant Bt/Cry1Ac studied by incorporating lyophilized tissues chickpea leaves, milk stage sorghum grain, pods cotton squares into artificial diet with without or Cry1Ac. H. larval weights significantly lower insects reared diets square powder insect - resistant Bt-cotton RCH 2 + genotype, ICPL 332WR as compared larvae leaf susceptible ICCC 37 standard diet. Pupation adult emergence borer-resistant genotypes Bt/Cry1Ac. Insects containing insect-resistant -susceptible genotype (ICC 506EB) did not lay any eggs. However, eggs laid borer-susceptible ICSV 745, Bt-cotton, also results suggested that is more effective when deployed combination cotton, sorghum.
