摘要: The bark of purple osier willow (Salix purpurea L.) constitutes a particularly valuable raw material which is used for the production natural aspirin. content salicylic glycosides in differential and depends on genotype, therefore continued selection necessary to find high-yielding crop varieties S. with high glycoside bark. objective this study was an evaluation genetic diversity collection genotypes their hybrids use RAPD markers. experiment involved 39 60 tested oligonucleotide primers generating polymorphic amplification products. polymorphism index markers 88.8% all studied 75.5% genotypes. values Nei's identity statistics ranged from 0.443 0.928. distance were build dendrogram using unweighted pair group method arithmetic mean (UPGMA). considerable observed among enabled us identify parental forms suitable crossing aimed at producing transgressive progeny, would provide basis initial breeding materials. In addition, determination collected may contribute developing mapping population, serve as tool identification localization QTL corresponding yield content.
