摘要: The murine Hox 1.3 homeo box-containing gene is expressed largely in mesoderm-derived or mesoderm-induced embryonal structures, as evidenced by situ hybridization techniques. Expression spatially limited to the thoracic region, specifically components of segmental origin such ribs and vertebrae their precursors equivalent sclerotomes, somites somatic condensations. In addition, expression can be found parts lung, stomach tissue, gut kidney, tissues whose formation based on induction region-specific mesoderm, well some ectoderm-derived tissues. temporally controlled for transcripts only detected while structures are being formed (days 8-13), but not at day 18 gestation when embryo mature. These data suggest a role generation derived from induced mesoderm.
