摘要: The optical properties of ZnO nanorod (NR) arrays were investigated by total transmittance (TT) and diffuse reflectance (DR) spectroscopy in the visible region. NRs grown electrochemically a three-electrode cell over glass/fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate. mean length, radius, density NR samples characterized scanning electron microscopy. results correlated with observed properties. Since light scattering for these is highly dependent on their morphology, therefore, model based Mie theory cylinders was implemented to understand spectra. extinction cross sections calculated from morphology samples. They used fit DR From fittings, TT spectra could be calculated. A good agreement experimental obtained. This indicates that represents well phenomena.
