摘要: Over the last decade multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) systems have been actively researched started to be deployed in wireless communications owing significant increase channel capacity. In this paper, we propose a energy saving MAC protocol by focusing on efficiency instead of capacity maximization. We considers consumption together with tradeoff between reliability (i.e., diversity) throughput multiplexing gain), dynamically chooses an appropriate number antennas for transmission. computing total consumption, counts circuit as well transmission energy. Naturally is directly proportional active antennas. Through numerical analysis, confirm that our power scheme MIMO considerably saves compared conventional maximization schemes use fixed channels, given outage constraint. Our finding maximizing communication which possibly can regarded best terms gives different solution from minimizing communication.
