摘要: Abstract The time course of the biosynthesis cytochrome system was studied during aeration anaerobically grown baker's yeast, spectrophotometrically at liquid-air temperature, and by measuring rate oxygen consumption with a polarized platinum electrode. Using cells harvested in stationary phase growth, increase Q o 2 values as well spectral transition from b 1 to cytochromes b, C , c linear beginning aeration, while exponential lag period about an hour observed. attributed these lack oxygen-binding compound that serves inducer cytochrome-forming system. low-temperature spectrum reduced intact yeast shown have two α bands, 557.5 551.0 mμ, be similar purified enzyme brewer's bands 552.5 mμ.
