摘要: Abstract One year follow-up results after hypothenar fat pad flap surgery for recurrent and end stage carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) are reported. Before surgery, the patients’ complaints with a CTS were mainly pain return of pathological symptoms (tingling, nocturnal pain, etc.) whereas patients reported problems loss sensation. Both groups (8 in each group) limited functional status activity daily living (ADL) prior to surgery. Evaluations sensibility, strength, Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire made preoperatively postoperatively at 3, 6 12 months. The major clinical issues both statistically significantly improved one year, but already significant noted 3 We confirm that is good solution CTS. Moreover, could be new promising indication use this vascularized flap.
