摘要: As out-of-field teachers existence led to change in teachers, this research aimed explore their commitment learning and teaching, how schools supported them. Five Indonesian who started teaching as school leaders were interviewed for research. The qualitative case study was employed the problem through interviews, classroom observations, document analysis. findings reveal that initial learning, growing is an investment further actions throughout practice. provide necessary assistance induction during in-service provided requested professional being trusted acknowledged by leaders, having resourceful colleagues. From schools’ support, become more knowledgeable remain extended time.
