摘要: We investigated the effect of insulin and a hypoglycemic sulfonylurea agent glyburide on cytosolic free-Ca 2+ concentrations ([Ca ] i ) in isolated ratadipocytes. Both increased [Ca dosedependent manner. Half-maximal effects were seen at 0.5 ng/ml μM glyburide. Nifedipine (25 μM), Ca -channel blocker, inhibited effectof both agents. The was 40 70% potentiated by ambient glucose 180 300 mg/dl, respectively. Depolarizingdoses potassium (40 mM) induced an increase that also nifedipine. It is suggested free levels least part promoting influx through voltage-dependent channels.
