摘要: The transmucosal administration of vaccines leads to development systemic as well local immune response. However, delivery systems targeted at these immunologically active sites remains a practical challenge. objective the present study was explore potential chitosan reduced gold nanoparticles (AuNps) for tetanus toxoid vaccine. Two different nanoparticulate were developed utilizing chitosan. Tetanus loaded on and AuNps. current clearly demonstrated that subcutaneous TT lead generation response, but did not elicit any mucosal However AuNps able generate significantly higher response following oral administration. In conclusion, novel approach vaccine formulation successfully demonstrated.
