摘要: Abstract Autotransplantation of immature teeth can have a success rate almost 98% if the tooth is atraumatically transplanted from donor site to suitable acceptor and extraoral time kept minimum. When cannot be immediately, cryopreservation storage in bank offer new possibilities for autotransplantation. However, effect on revascularization still unknown. The purpose this study was examine that an open apex mature had cut. carried out 16 2 dogs; 8 were removed immediately contralateral position cryopreserved 1 week later. results show that: (1) revascularize after autotransplantation original pulp tissue at extraction, (2) there no significant difference amount between stored 7 days those without freezing, (3) ingrowth pulpal apicoectomized teeth.
