摘要: Abstract We have proposed an atomistic model for the investigation of exchange bias effect in spin valve systems. Using Monte Carlo method, we studied field cooled thermal and magnetic properties such as magnetization, susceptibility, specific heat system belonging to different regions. configuration, evaluated hysteresis loops, discussed validity several theories regarding physical origin bias. From our simulations, found that, contrast spherical particle models, existence uncompensated interface spins may not be a sufficient condition origination nonzero loop shifts multilayers. In other words, with purely flat exhibit behavior. also influence structure on aforementioned due “uniaxial anisotropy” term acting only moments.
