摘要: We analyze the physics opportunities that would be made possible by upgrades of CERN's proton accelerator complex. These include new with luminosity or energy LHC, options for a future neutrino complex at CERN, and in other including rare kaon decays, fixed-target experiments, nuclear antiproton physics, among possibilities. stress importance inputs from initial LHC running planned summarize principal detector R&D issues.
