摘要: Abstract The coulometric efficiency (Ceff) of an amperometric detector integrated on PDMS/glass capillary electrophoresis microfluidic device (microchip) has been enhanced by in-channel electrochemical modification. In-channel deposition gold particles was performed in order to vertically increase the surface area Au sensing microelectrode. roughness electrodes characterized using scanning electron microscopy and profilometric analysis. degree electrode modification also factor determination. Separation processes including detection potential optimized analytical performance microchip tested a mixture dopamine (DA) catechol (CA). modified provided well-resolved separation DA CA less than 60 s with sensitivity; no peak broadening observed. limit working for are 60 110 nM, respectively. Thus, metallic should be used enhance Ceff analytes good redox properties obtain lower LODs.
