摘要: The antibody response elicited after immunization with vaccinia virus (VacV) is known to be sufficient confer host protection against VacV or smallpox. In humans it has been shown that such anti-VacV production can sustained for decades. Nevertheless, little about the kinetics and role in of early vaccination. this study we identify neutralizing IgM antibodies as 4 days infection C57BL/6 mice. Most T cell dependent predominantly independent germinal center reaction (SAP/SH2D1A independent). Importantly, neutralized both infectious forms VacV: intracellular mature virion (MV, IMV) extracellular enveloped (EV, EEV). Moreover, mice primed MHCII restricted peptides, an increase total titers was seen, a large component which same protein from priming peptide derived. To further demonstrate biological relevance response, examined Human subjects could divided into two groups immunization: IgG(hi) IgG(lo). were detected IgG(lo) group. Taken together these results indicate small animal model present likely contributes control prior development robust IgG response.
