MRI and MR tractography in bilateral hypertrophic olivary degeneration

摘要: Hypertrophic olivary degeneration is a trans-synaptic neuronal associated with hypertrophy of the inferior nucleus due to lesion in triangle Guillain-Mollaret. Familiarity this entity on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) essential avoid other erroneous ominous diagnoses. We present case bilateral hypertrophic and discuss etiopathogenesis MRI findings entity. The contributory role MR tractography diagnosis also highlighted.
