University-business-government collaboration: from institutes to platforms and ecosystems

摘要: An outline for a platform-based, bottom-up model, based on extensive project practices, is introduced the university-business-government collaboration (UXC) analysis. Current internal incentive problems of UXC at universities especially in Europe are considered and guidelines fast-lane platform model building agile knowledge engines. Experiences learning lessons from small-scale, cases described used as supporting hypothetical, type model. The practice experiences emphasize role individual actors opportunity pursuit value traditional academic capabilities self-organizing elements successful UXC.
