摘要: Reactive SnO2 nanoparticles have been successfully prepared by a simple non-hydrolytic sol–gel synthesis in CH2Cl2 at 110 °C using SnCl4 as precursor and diisopropyl ether (iPr2O) an oxygen donor. The nanocrystals, with diameter of about 4 nm, formed stable sols organic aprotic solvents the absence any surfactant or coordinating agent. lack aggregation has attributed to presence Cl OiPr surface groups instead OH groups. These render reactive towards hydroxylated surfaces, shown their reaction oxidized silicon wafer; bind uniformly across wafer form monolayer.
