摘要: The development of reagents with high affinity and specificity to small molecules is crucial for the high-throughput detection chemical compounds, such as toxicants or pollutants. Aptamers are short single-stranded (ss) oligonucleotides able recognize target affinity. Here, we report selection ssDNA aptamers that bind Bisphenol A (BPA), an environmental hormone. Using SELEX process, isolated BPA from a 1015 random library 60 mer ssDNAs. selected bound specifically BPA, but not structurally similar molecules, B one methyl group difference, 4,4′-Bisphenol 2 groups difference. these aptamers, developed aptamer-based sol–gel biochip detected dissolved in water. This novel can be further applied universal high-specificity molecules.
