摘要: AbstractEnzymatic treatments based on oxidative enzymes, such as peroxidases, laccases and tyrosinases, have been proposed an alternative to conventional methods remove a broad range of contaminants present in wastewater. The aim this study is discuss existing technologies for the removal pollutants use including discussion most important factors affecting efficiency systems. Factors involved catalytic cycle enzyme (biocatalyst, substrates mediators), addition certain components reaction medium (additives, surfactants or solvents) well operational parameters (temperature, pH agitation) will be discussed. Finally, two types reactors: one-stage two-stage enzymatic membrane reactors, especially designed treatment micropollutants secondary effluents, described detail.
