摘要: Persistent plug-ins are described in a web browser. The browser displays various plug-in instances on current page, where instance is made up of player running within the page and playing content viewable by user. When changed, command issued to close with all its instances. If there persistence indicator associated instance, state preserved memory. user desires return original or any other that references persistent searches memory for plays display at same as when last left instance.
