摘要: The present application discloses a chromatographic process for separating protein components of protein-containing solution, said solution comprising an insulin peptide and one or more di- polyvalent metal ions, being capable self- association and/or structural change in the presence steps of: a) applying to column solid phase material, wherein loading is at least 6.0 g per litre volume (g/Lcv ); b)eluting from material by means eluent having pH most 8.5; collecting pool corresponding 75 % weight applied step (a).
