摘要: In the study of phenomena electrical breakdown and motions electrons ions in gases, it has been almost universal to record experimental data as functions parameter E/p, ratio electric field strength gas pressure. This practice was introduced by J. S. Townsend, who first pointed out that energy distribution is most cases predominantly determined number density N.
