摘要: In heterogeneous cellular scenarios with macrocells, femtocells or picocells users may suffer from significant co-channel cross-tier interference. To manage this interference 3GPP introduced almost blank subframe (ABSF), a in which the interferer tier is not allowed to transmit data. Vulnerable thus get chance be scheduled ABSFs reduced We analyze downlink using stochastic geometry and formulate condition for required number of based on base station placement statistics user throughput requirement. The result semi-analytical formula that serves as good initial estimate offers an easy way impact network parameters. show while macro/femto scenario residue ABSF can well managed, macro/pico it affects strongly. effect subsequently demonstrated via simulations. Especially scenario, we find advantageous system since victim no longer poor performance price relatively small drop higher percentiles.
