摘要: Abstract Cathodic plasma electrolysis (CPE) has been used as an environmentally-friendly process to deposit metal coating on substrate. In this work, a of zinc was deposited via CPE low carbon steel wire using direct current (DC) and square wave pulsed (SWPC) power. The experimental results showed that application continuous DC power did not produce deposition, but dense easily applied the substrate with SWPC at 120 V, 4000 Hz 80% duty cycle. resulting porous some imperfections surface, morphology quality could be controlled by adjusting parameters Increasing both cycle frequency resulted in lower deposition rate, denser. surface cleaned generated Zn found accumulate during rise pulse. A linear regression model established describe relationship between thickness parameters.
