摘要: Abstract Ethnopharmacological relevance Danshen and Sanqi Prescription (Dan-Qi) is commonly used to treat cardiovascular diseases (CVD) in China. Since are reported ameliorate lipid metabolism disorders at treatment of diseases. Meanwhile, it that co-administration exhibited significant pharmacokinetic herb–herb interactions. We reasoned combination could be potentially function synergistically treating diet induced insulin resistance. Materials methods Using high calori food Drosophila mice models, we assessed for their anti-diabetic effects. Results The effectively improved fat glucose the high-sugar high-fat fed fruit flies. More importantly, Dan-Qi significantly ameliorated hyperlipidemia hyperglycemia phenotype caused obesity (DIO) mouse model. treated DIO showed lower fasting insulin, triglycerides, total low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels plasma, much better than or alone. It was shown prescription reduced accumulation liver with playing major role. Interestingly, not alone, but markedly increased glycogen deposition liver. Quantitative RT-PCR synthesis gene like Glut-1, GK, Glut-4, anabolism genes such as SREBP-1c, ACC, ATP-CL, ACS. Meanwhilpose tissues muscle tissues, changed accordingly pro-catabolism status. Notably, endogenous plasma metabolites displayed overral rectifying effects Conclusions Our data demonstrated exerted efficacy, considered a therapeutic application diabetes.
