摘要: The value of data base and management information systems (DBS MIS) has been dramatically shown in the last few decades. It implied a previous study(10) that these provide trivial aid to managers organizations undergoing severe crisis. Simply put, it is argued current models, techniques, principles are best suited for dealing with “normal” problems an organization, is, typically experienced during periods organizational stability.
