摘要: Sonographic assessment before congenital diaphragmatic hernia repair has rarely been studied. To evaluate the accuracy of preoperative ultrasound in measuring defect size and anticipating presence a rim thereby to determine ultrasound’s usefulness informing surgical approach for definitive hernia. We performed retrospective review medical records seven children with left who had undergone between 2014 2017 at our institution. The estimated by actual measured intraoperatively each case were as follows: 23 × 25 mm 20 × 26 (case 1); 23 × 30 20 × 30 2); 43 × 25 30 × 30 3); 21 × 23 20 × 25 4); 19 × 24 10 × 30 5); 32 × 33 30 × 50 6); almost total absence 40 × 50 7). Presence or part diaphragm evaluated was identical intraoperative findings. According findings, we successful thoracoscopic cases 1–5 relatively small defects all parts only posterolateral rim. There good concordance findings operative regarding
