摘要: Resting State Functional Connectivity (RSFC) reveals properties related to the brain's underlying organization and function. Features RSFC signals, such as locations where patterns of exhibit abrupt transitions, can be used identify putative boundaries between cortical areas (RSFC-Boundary Mapping). The RSFC-based area are consistent across independent groups subjects. parcellation converges with information from other modalities in many locations, including task-evoked activity probabilistic estimates cellular architecture, providing evidence for ability parcellate brain structures into functionally meaningful units. We not only highlight a collection these observations, but also point out several limitations observations that mandate careful consideration using interpreting purposes parcellating subcortical structures.
