摘要: Abstract (TMTSF)2ClO4 undergoes a cascade of Field Induced Spin Density Wave (FISDW) transitions as magnetic field are increased at low temperature. Each phase corresponds to different integer quantum Hall state, ν , with ρ x y = h / 2 e . However, after “final” transition ∼26 T there remain non quantized oscillations in transport and thermodynamic properties particularly evident recent measurements. The nature this high state is unknown present. In an anion ordering leads two Fermi surfaces. Here we introduce simple description where one the surfaces gapped by FISDW k F 1 0 while other surface lacks gap. Satellite gaps (with index ′ ) wave vectors G ( B b ħ interchain lattice constant), i.e. at + swept past second This causes sign changes frequency given − (or n ω c t : transverse bandwidth) observed.
