摘要: The karyotypes of three accessions, one each from annual species the genus Cicer, namely Cicer arietinum, reticulation, and echinospermum, were examined compared using C-banding, fluorochromes chromomycin A3, DAPI, Hoechst 33258, in situ hybridization 18S–5.8S–25S 5S rDNA sequences, silver staining. nuclear DNA content amount heterochromatin also determined. results suggest an evolutionary pathway which C. reticulatum is ancestral both arietinum echinospermum are derived with loss pair satellites; subsequently, further differentiated by accumulation chromosomal rearrangement(s) that gave rise to a hybrid sterility barrier. Key words : fluorochromes, Ag staining, rRNA genes.
