摘要: Different clones carrying a chromosomal DNA fragment able to transform Bacillus subtilis mutants dnaA13, dnaB19, dnaG5, recG40 and polA42 wild-type phenotype were isolated from library constructed in plasmid pJH101. A λ recombinant clone dnaC was obtained Charon 4A library. restriction map of the cloned fragments constructed. The 11.3 kb pMP60-13 containing sequence dnaG5 shown recF33 mutant as well.
