摘要: Abstract This paper reviews the development of portable porometers for measurement stomatal conductance in field. Precautions use such are highlighted. The response stomata to environmental variables as quantum flux density, leaf-to-air water vapour concentration difference (relative humidity), temperature, carbon dioxide and soil status reviewed, but responses atmospheric pollutants only referred passing. effects plant factors leaf ageing, phytohormones on discussed. Finally, implications measured values conductance, these calculating canopy transpiration,
