摘要: Bei dem Patienten trat nach korperlicher Anstrengung ein Elektrodenbruch des implantierten Schrittmachersystems auf. Die Elektrode war mit frei flottierenden Ende in die Pulmonalarterie embolisiert. Mithilfe eines Lasso-Katheters konnte mobilisiert und extrahiert werden. Dadurch eine offene Revision unter Thorakotomie vermieden
