摘要: Abstract This paper reports a highly sensitive, selective and rapid detection methodology for inorganic mercury (Hg 2+ ) using conjugated polymer poly (1,4-bis-(8-(4-phenylthiazole-2-thiol)-octyloxy)-benzene) (PPT) by colorimetric fluorescence spectroscopy “turn-off-turn-on” responses towards I − Hg in seafood samples. A simple economical oxidative polymerization reaction method was utilized to synthesize PPT, derivative of neutral poly- p -phenylene (PPP). The digested samples were spiked with salts analyzed PPT. standard calibration curve obtained from the plot intensity PPT-I complex as function increasing analyte concentration an estimated limit (LOD) 1.86 nM ( R 2  = 98.86%), respectively. high specificity PPT competent environment several different anions, halides metal cations successfully obtained. recoveries ranged 97.92 97.43% fish shrimp samples, These results exhibit that this kind is reliable enough detect providing important support expand scope application mainly industry.
