摘要: Abstract Interfaces are crucial for high-performance perovskite solar cells. Here, phenyltrichlorosilane (PTS) and octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) were used to modify the interface between layer [6,6]-phenyl-C 61 -butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) in an inverted layered device. Such treatments facilitated formation of a high-quality PCBM film effectively decreased density surface traps that induce undesirable electron-hole recombination. As result, average power conversion efficiency PTS (and OTS) modified devices was improved from 9.60% 11.96% 11.08%), with highest value 12.63% 11.87%). Therefore, this study provides attractive mothed improve quality on top finally performance
