摘要: Abstract A study of the low energetic modes in resonance Raman spectra organic superconductors αt-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 (Tc=8 K) and β-(BEDT-TTF)2IAuI (Tc=4 temperature range 1.5 K–100 K was performed. In both materials, a vanishing phonon bands (at 32 cm−1 42 for at 27 33 β-(BEDT-TTF)2IAuI) is observed below Tc. For symmetric stretching mode I3-Anions 120 cm−1, no change Tc found. The explained Balseiro-Falicov model phonon-superconducting amplitude interaction due to strong superconducting gap some modes. addition, measurements on α- κ-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 are presented, indicating that around 30 librational BEDT-TTF molecules.
