摘要: Abstract By 2021, health care spending is projected to grow 19.6% of the GDP, likely crowding out in other areas. The 2010 Affordable Care Act (ACA) attempts curb by incentivizing high-value through creation Accountable Organizations (ACOs), which assume financial risk for patient outcomes. With this risk, systems creating ACOs will be motivated pursue innovative models that maximize value care.
