摘要: Intact and cecectomized adult male, Single Comb White Leghorns were fasted for 24 hr prior to the initiation of collection period. Excreta quantitatively collected from each unfed control roosters a 48 fasting The amino acids excretion values (mg/bird/24 hr) not significantly different (P greater than .05) between intact histidine or methionine. However, lysine glutamic acid less all other reported .01). results this preliminary experiment indicate possible role ceca in altering values. Additional research is required elucidation cecal involvement, as well selection proper method analysis availability.
