摘要: Mammalian cells can be separated into enucleated (cytoplast) and nucleated (karyoplast) fragments by subjecting to a centrifugal force in the presence of fungal metabolite cytochalasin B. Cytoplasts karyoplasts have been partially characterized regarding their ultrastrueture, enzymatic constitution, physiological behavior.
