摘要: Mammalian cells can be separated into enucleated (cytoplast) and nucleated (karyoplast) fragments by subjecting to a centrifugal force in the presence of fungal metabolite cytochalasin B. Cytoplasts karyoplasts have been partially characterized regarding their ultrastrueture, enzymatic constitution, physiological behavior. The isolated cellular components fused whole or each other. fusion cytoplasts provided first demonstration cytoplasmic inheritance mammalian cells. Viable are formed fusing
