摘要: Soil fungi are known to contain a rich variety of defense metabolites that allow them compete with other organisms (fungi, bacteria, nematodes, and insects) help occupy more preferential areas at the expense effective antagonism. These compounds possess antibiotic activity towards wide range microbes, particularly belong different taxonomical units. include peptaibols, which non-ribosomal synthesized polypeptides containing non-standard amino acid residues (alpha-aminoisobutyric mandatory) some posttranslational modifications. We isolated novel peptide from culture medium Emericellopsis alkalina, an alkalophilic strain. This peptide, called emericellipsin A, exhibited strong antifungal effect against yeast Candida albicans, mold fungus Aspergillus niger, human pathogen clinical isolates. It also antimicrobial Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria. Additionally, A showed significant cytotoxic was highly active Hep G2 HeLa tumor cell lines. used NMR spectroscopy reveal this peptaibol is nine long contains acids. The mode molecular action most likely associated its effects on membranes cells. Emericellipsin rather short could be useful for development antifungal, antibacterial, or anti-tumor remedies.
