摘要: Abstract The particle characteristics of 15% SiC particles reinforced metal matrix composites (MMC) made by powder metallurgy route were studied using a statistical method. In the analysis, approach for estimation was presented. study carried out mathematic software MATLAB to calculate area and perimeter each particle, in which image processing technique employed. Based on calculations, sizes shape factors investigated respectively. Additionally, finite element model (FEM) established basis actual microstructure. contour plots von Mises effective stress strain presented calculations considering influence microstructure deformation behavior MMC. Moreover, maps maximum plastic vicinity introduced
