摘要: The location, identity and functional properties of the primary molecular components NO/cGMP pathway have now been well-characterised. These are widespread, but not ubiquitous, across brain, downstream effects activation this diverse often incompletely understood. It is important to consider these later stages transduction way in which different dynamic patterns NO cGMP signalling induce such a variety change long- short-term function neuronal circuitry. Future studies need concentrate on endogenously-released application concentrations exogenous that physiologically relevant, order dissect out targets relate normal function.
