摘要: HELIOS is a 4 year project to carry out comparative assessment of types lithium-ion battery technology (NCA, LFP, NMC and LMO-NCA or LMO-blend/Graphite). The assessments concern traction batteries for the automotive sector (Electric Vehicles Plug-in HEV). evaluations are carried on ‘real’ size high energy cells with capacity approximately 40 Ah, produced industrially. In total, up 220 have been employed across various cell test activities (safety tests new pre-aged cells), cycling calendar (12–15 months). comparisons achieved from laboratory testing other analysis full sized in order determine Performance, life, cost, recycling safety characteristics. This paper makes review main results Helios project.
