摘要: In this study, 18 microsatellite loci were used to examine the genetic structure and mode of reproduction Phaeomoniella chlamydospora, fungus that causes Petri disease grapevine is involved in another disease, esca. A total 60 southeastern Australian isolates tested compared with 64 from southern France. The French population possessed relatively high genotypic diversity (G = 29·2) whilst showed low (G = 11·1), consistent a limited founder population. Haplotypes four different cultivars not significantly differentiated (Φpt values effectively zero). Likewise, differentiation haplotypes regions within each country was significant, although small but significant (9%) identified between Australia Based on bootstrapped cluster analysis, there did appear be any groups overall sample isolates. Significant linkage disequilibrium both countries, together overrepresented, widespread identical haplotypes, indicated recombination largely clonal absence an observed sexual cycle species.
