On using emoticons and lingoes for hiding data in SMS

摘要: SMS is widely used as a daily communication service among people around the world. As such, suitable means that can be readily exploited for transferring secret messages between individuals in less conspicuous way. In this paper, we present an investigation on suitability of hiding message SMS. The hidden data are represented lingoes and emoticons which frequently by users chat. result, pre-shared list, common sender receiver to embed, later extract natural form. proposed method implemented tested Android based mobile device, showed some desirable outcomes.
